Inbound numbers

You're likely to want real inbound numbers for your IVR.

UK numbers

Please send an e-mail to support@softivr.com - let us know how many numbers you'd like and in which area code(s).

USA numbers

Please visit http://www.ipkall.com. Sign up for a number and, once you receive it, log back in and update the details so that:

  • the SIP phone number is 1 + the rest of the number
  • it's delivered over SIP
  • it's delivered to sip.softivr.com

Once finished, the configuration screen should look like this:

Once this is done, please e-mail support@softivr.com with the number allocated, and we'll attach it to your IVR.
