3C Limited ("3C") provides this website and its associated facilites to you under the following conditions.

  1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this website and services for their stated, intended purposes. 3C does not guarantee their fitness for any particular purpose or that they will perform to specification; 3C will use commercially reasonable endeavours to maintain the sites and their associated functionality but makes no guarantee of uptime, functionality or their continued availability unless separately agreed.
  2. Use of services. You agree to use this site and its associated services for their intended purpose and in accordance with statutory and customary regulations and in a way which would be accepted to be in accordance with good business practice by a reasonable third party.
  3. Limitation of liability. 3C will under no circumstances be liable as a result of its provision of or failure to provide these services to you and/or any third party. By using these services you explicitly waive any rights that you may have to bring any claim in law or otherwise against 3C to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  4. Should 3C suffer costs or damage, either monetary or in any other form, as a result of your misuse of the services provided by this site, then you agree to reimburse 3C in full for its costs and any expenses incurred in collection, plus a reasonable amount in respect of 3C's management time.
  5. Privacy policy. 3C will collect certain information about you (including your e-mail address) as a result of your use of this site and its associated services. 3C will not divulge this information to any third party unless required to be a competent statutory body or court; we may use it ourselves to measure and improve the services which we offer.
  6. General. This terms and conditions apply between 3C and users of this website, and are not intended to confer any rights on any third party. These terms and conditions are construed under the law of England and Wales; by using this site and its associated services, you agree to be bound by them and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdication of the English courts should any dispute arise.

SoftIVR

  1. SoftIVR is provided in accordance with our general terms and conditions, above. In addition, all use must comply with all relevant UK legislation, Ofcom rulings and the Phonepayplus Code of Practice, where relevant.
  2. Commercial use. Should you wish to make commercial use of SoftIVR, then you must contact us first to inform us of your intentions and to provide a forecast of the activity which you will generate. This is to allow us to plan capacity and ensure uninterrupted service for all users. We explicitly reserve the right to throttle or curtail access to any services which cause or may cause excessive loading on our systems and will do so without notice unless capacity has been previously agreed.
